Lansdowne Surgery are starting up a new patient group to help us improve our services for our patients. This group will be able to advise the surgery from the patient perspective and provide insight into the quality of the services the surgery provides. This will not be a traditional patient group involving meetings etc, but instead it will involve communication via a quarterly email with a few questions to respond to.
