Order a prescription

If, after trying to order your medication online, you find that there is a problem and you are not able to do this, please add a note in the Comments section of the online form and send it to us in the usual way. This will save you a phone call to the surgery, and we will be able to process your request more quickly. This applies to requests through SystmOnline and also on Airmid. Thank you.

For all online medication request you can use the NHS app available for free download from your mobile’s app provider. The app gives full instructions on how to register for online services in a safe and secure way.

In some cases your pharmacy may be able to request medication on your behalf. Please feel free to discuss this with your pharmacy.

We are still able to accept written prescription requests but due to the current pandemic please only use this as a last resort.

Please allow five working days for your prescription to be processed and sent to your nominated pharmacy. If you feel your prescription request is urgent ‘on the day’ i.e is for the following medications, please contact the surgery.
