Please use the tear-off slip attached to your most recent prescription to request repeat prescriptions. Then bring, fax or post it to us at the surgery. Unfortunately we are unable to accept requests by telephone as we need the request in writing. You may also request repeat prescriptions online via this website. To set this service up please come into the surgery with a form of ID so we can give you a Username and Password.

Your prescription will be ready for collection from 4.00pm two working days after we receive it. If you wish us to send it to a pharmacy in Devizes, it will be ready at 4.00pm three to four working days after we receive it (allowing time for Royal Mail delivery.) NB This means that if you submit your prescription to the surgery on a FRIDAY, it will not be ready for collection from the surgery until the following TUESDAY.

If you are ordering a ‘Controlled Drug’ we will be unable to send any prescriptions via post, these will have to be collected from the surgery unless you collect your medication from Day Lewis our local pharmacy.

There is also a home delivery service available for patients on repeat prescriptions, please ask at reception or the local pharmacy for details.
